1. Overview

This website is operated by The Kane Method ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform and checkout.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site and purchase our products.

3. Digital products and delivery

Our products are digital guides in PDF format. After your payment is confirmed you will receive an email with a link to download your files. Delivery is immediate. You are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout. If you do not receive your download, contact us and we will resend it.

By completing your purchase you request immediate access to the digital content. Where local law (for example, in the European Union) grants a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, you acknowledge that this right may end once the download is made available to you. This does not affect our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee described in our Refund Policy.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your region and are charged at checkout. We may change prices or promotional offers at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud or obvious pricing errors, in which case any payment will be refunded.

5. License and intellectual property

All content, including the guides, text, images, designs and logos, is owned by The Kane Method or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and read it for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, share, distribute, publish or otherwise make the content available to others, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

6. Educational content; no guarantees

Our guides provide general educational information about communication, confidence and dating. They are not professional psychological, medical, legal or financial advice. Results depend on many factors outside our control and vary from person to person; we do not guarantee any specific outcome. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. Always treat others with respect and respect their boundaries and consent.

Reviews and testimonials shown on our site come from real customers. Individual experiences are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same results.

8. Prohibited uses

You agree to indemnify and hold The Kane Method harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or products.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
